Zusammenfassung:	The method for applying two-row intestinal suture by one filament comprises the passage of the filament through submucous and muscular layers of the first intestinal segment followed by the puncture in the middle of the section of muscular layer with the additional stitch is applied behind the serous-muscular layer. Then the serous-muscular layer of the first segment in sewed with the previous additional stitch, and the needle punctures out in the middle of the section of muscular layer. The filament is passed under the previous filament and wound around the previous filament. Then the filament is passed through submucous and muscular layers of the second intestinal segment with the site of the puncture being in the middle of the section of muscular layer. Finally, the filament is tightened and tied up inside the lumen of the intestine.
