Zusammenfassung:	The method for the combined treatment of laryngeal cancer comprises the infusion of the chemical agents through catheter and telegamma therapy. The transcutaneous puncture of the superficial femoral artery is performed. The catheter is moved into the external carotid artery up to the branches of the first or the second order. The distal end of the catheter is sequentially moved through abdominal and thoracic aorta and the arch of aorta under the angioscopic control.
