For reliable protection of personal the device is equipped with cabin having covering made in the form of metal lath, bottom formed by massive metal plate, and at least one door. Source of explosive and extruder head are disposed inside the cabin, which bottom has orifice for outlet of shock-wave tube, and lateral wall has orifice for extruder head.
