Zusammenfassung:	A method for obtaining immunogen from the strains of mycobacteria comprises plating and culture of mycobacteria followed by preparation of bacterial suspension. The vaccine strain of Mycobacterium bovis is used upon the treatment with growth stimulator for 24 hours at the temperature of 37 DEGREE C. Then bacteria are plated onto the selective medium for mycobacteria culture. Upon 48-hour culture at the temperature of 37 DEGREE C, the bacterial suspension is prepared from the live bacteria collected from the surface of the growth medium.
