Zusammenfassung:A method of shaping of dense catalyst layers in the reaction space of tubular reactors and furnaces includes the loading of lower of layer-matrix and the supply of catalyst granules into the tube volume with the help of the device, moreover, the loading of the lower layer of matrix is carried out for the height of 11-25 of characteristic granular sizes of catalyst, and the supply of catalyst granules into the tube space is carried out by a device, which consists of fixed on basis and technologically connected together bunker, the dosing system and rope with the brakes fixed on it with stage arrangement of ray-like plates on each of them at a distance less than two, but more than one characteristic granular sizes of catalyst.
