Zusammenfassung:	The immunoenzyme assay kit of the increased sensitivity for quantification of p24 HIV-1 contains the polystyrene plates with adsorbed anti-HIV-1 antibodies. The biotinilated anti-HIV-1 antibodies and streptavidine bound with peroxydase are used as a conjugate. For amplification of the signal, biotin tyramine and peroxydase-labeled streptavidine are added to the system.
