The metal body of the plate is arranged in perimeter as square with cut angles at 45 DEGREE degrees, at that the body of the lining plate is arranged at the cuts with prominent flat shoulders interacting with their planes through support plate with stepped nut fixed on the rod of the bolt, fixed vertically with its head, e.g. by welding, to the base of the item.
