Zusammenfassung:	A method of preparation of a multifunctional product from laminaria seaweed includes preliminary treatment, chopping, demineralization and dehydration in the plant of low-vacuum dehydration and boiling prior to obtaining of jelly-like product. The seaweed dehydrated in the plant of low-vacuum dehydration, prior to boiling, is soaked for 3-4 hours in preliminary treated sea water.
