Zusammenfassung:The technique for the radical dissection of the epithelial coccygeal passage comprises the contrasting of the epithelial coccygeal passage, the dissection of the tissue within intact fat to the periosteum of the sacral bone with the thorough hemostasis and the installation of the draining tube. The rhomboid section is performed. Two cutaneous-subcutaneous flaps are shaped, which then are transposed one relative to another and sewed layer-by-layer.
