APPLIANCE FOR CONTROL OF DRILL EXECUTIVE BODY OF MINING MACHINE

The appliance for control of executive body of mining machine has sensor of the boundary ôcoal-rockö, control hydro-cylinder and hydro-block with electromagnetic control. The appliance is placed in tightened body installed on non-rotary section of screw mill and is equipped with hydro-tank and hydro-pump with step-up reducer. Sensor of the boundary ôcoal-rockö has double action hydro-cylinder, this includes two movable pistons installed on fixed rod, cavities of those are hydraulically connected to each other and in each back spring is placed, two rotary slats, each of those with one end is hinged to movable piston, and with the other end is it rigidly hinged to the inner surface of tightened body, and electronic block fixing the value of deflection of rotary slats from the neutral axis. Control hydro-cylinder is arranged as hydraulic thrust stand with double action with the upper and the lower working cavities. Hydro-block is connected to hydro-tank and hydro-pump, this through step-up reducer is connected to the shaft of the reducerof executive body.
