Zusammenfassung:The method for treating the deep extensive burns provides for preparation of the material for dermatoplasty at a distance of the burnt area. The dermatension technique is used with this aim. The material for dermatoplasty with the Filatov's peduncle is transferred to the recipient area, fixed by the interrupted sutures. The material adjacent to the peduncle of the flap is cut, and the edge of the flap is then modeled.
