Zusammenfassung:	A method of preparation of a mineral-albuminous-fatty composition includes obtaining emulsion on the basis of products of food bone processing. Food bone half-finished product is used as a source of bioorganic compounds of calcium, blood serum of cattle is used as a source of essential amino acids. Emulsification of bone fat is carried out at presence of emulsifying agent at intensive continuous mixing (5000-6000 rev/min.) and temperature of fat of 40-45 DEGREE C.
