In this case, the burner body consists of two connected parts, the first of which acts as the first external electrode, made of electrically conductive material, has the first inlet pipe and torch hole. The second part of the case is made in the form of a hollow cylinder made of dielectric diamagnetic material, has the second inlet pipe, and on the outer surface of the second part of the body coaxially installed the first permanent magnet. The first internal electrode is coaxially located in the body of the burner and attached at one end to the second part of the body, the hemispherical hub is attached to the second end of the first inner electrode. Air channels with a screw trajectory are made on the outer surface of the first internal electrode, and the first external and internal electrodes are attached to a high-voltage high-frequency current source. The burner also has a raw biogas transformation chamber containing a raw biogas intake distributor made of dielectric material, to which the second external electrode is attached in the form of a hollow cylinder, in the walls of which axial channels and two collectors are made on the one hand, and on the other hand, tangential holes are made, which are connected to the cavity of the raw biogas intake distributor. The first collector has an inlet pipe, and the second is an output branch pipe, the second permanent magnet, which is coaxially installed outside the second external electrode, the second internal electrode, which is coaxially inside the second external electrode and has on the one hand the shape of a pointed cone, and on the other hand is attached to the electrical insulating bushing, the cyclone, the input of which is connected to the raw biogas transformation chamber, and the output - with the first inlet pipe of the torch body. The second external and internal electrodes are attached to a high-voltage DC source. The air supply line contains a fan, adjustable air distributor, water mist generator, condensation prevention device, gas separation unit. At the same time, the water mist generator is made in the form of a reservoir for recycled water, which has an inlet and outlet air pipes and a branch pipe for the supply of disposed water, and ultrasonic generators are located inside.
