Contains the former of the register of critical competencies, a block for determining the level of criticality of competences, the analyser of the pool of resources of the company, the block of creating a register of candidates for the team, the formation of the project team, taking into account critical competencies. It also contains a block of command adaptation, a block for monitoring the register of critical knowledge, the result bus, the outputs of the first block of memory are connected by the first groups of inputs of the block for determining specific knowledge and skills for the implementation of projects and the block of adaptation of teams, the outputs of the second block of memory are connected with the second groups of inputs of the block for determining specific knowledge and skills for the implementation of projects, the analyser of the pool of resources of the company and the creator of the project team, taking into account critical competencies.
