Zusammenfassung:The method for the surgical treatment of liver metastases comprises the destruction of metastases followed by localizing them in the course of laparoscopic revision of peritoneal organs. The adhesions generated after the preceding surgery are dissected. The laparoscopic cryodestruction of the metastases is performed by the applicators inserted via the special ports in right and left subcostal areas. The sealing appliances for pneumoperitoneum are used. Then the freezing area is warmed. If necessary, the cryodestruction cycle is repeated.
