At the same time collectors with rotary nozzles are installed vertically in two tiers along the height of the tank along its generating and able to operate independently, and vertical nozzles are installed above the bottom of the coaxial vertical axis of the tank and the removal of the cooling medium from the tank is carried out in the upper part.
