COMBUSTION CHAMBER WITH FILM-VALVE MIXING

The film-valve combustion chamber is formed by a piston head with a cavity, a cylinder sleeve and a cylinder cover in which an exhaust valve with a plate is located, the end part of which is directed towards the piston head. The exhaust valve plate has a hollow teardrop-shaped end portion, the end portion of which is made in the form of a sphere with the possibility of being located at the upper dead center in the cavity of the piston head, which is made in the form of a hemisphere, the radius of which is greater than the radius of the sphere of the end portion of the exhaust valve plate. При цьому тарілка випускного клапана має порожнисту краплеподібну форму, торцева частина якої виконана у вигляді сфери з можливістю розташування у верхній мертвій точці в порожнині головки поршня, що виконана у вигляді півсфери, радіус якої більше радіуса сфери торцевої частини тарілки випускного клапана.
