Zusammenfassung:The proposed method for predicting complications in typhoid fever implies determining the immunologic indicators that characterize the state of the patient. The method consists in determining the content of cytokine FNP-?, which induces inflammatory reactions, in the patient's blood serum. The development of the complications is predicted, with probability of 94.2 +-3.1 %, if the content of cytokine is no less than 1189 +- 115 pg/ml. The absence of the complications is predicted of the content of cytokine is no more than 738 +- 45 pg/ml.
