METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A THERMAL INSULATION PANEL

A method of manufacturing a thermal insulation panel using wood wool and a binder. The wool is impregnated with a composition based on polyvinyl acetate, ammonium polyphosphate, talc, copper sulfate, and water. The impregnated wool is pressed under a pressure of 0.02 MPa at a temperature of 100-110 °C with a holding time in a hot press of 30 seconds for each millimeter of the pressed product thickness. The resulting pressboard is then covered with lumber on all sides, with the lumber on the top and bottom, respectively, on the right and left sides, up to the middle of the panel. Спосіб виготовлення теплоізоляційної панелі, під час якого використовують деревинну шерсть та в'яжуче. При цьому шерсть просочують композицією на основі полівінілацетату, поліфосфату амонію, тальку, мідного купоросу та води. Просочену шерсть пресують під тиском 0,02 МПа за температури 100-110 °C з витримкою у гарячому пресі 30 с на кожний міліметр товщини пресованого виробу. Потім отриману пресмасу обкладують пиломатеріалами зі всіх боків, причому обкладки зверху та знизу, відповідно з правої та лівої сторін - до середини панелі.
