Спосіб хімічної поліровки поверхні монокристалічного фосфіду індію включає хімічне травлення у суміші кислот. Травлення проводять протягом 5 хв у суміші HCl:HClO4=1:1. При цьому попередньо з розчину видаляють бульбашки газу шляхом фільтрації розчину та нагрівання до 35 °C протягом 30 хв при постійному перемішуванні. |
