INFORMATION AND CALCULATION COMPLEX FOR DESIGNING CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

An information and calculation complex for designing a centrifugal compressor, containing a software unit for an input of design values of gas parameters at an inlet and an outlet of a compressor under normal conditions, a software unit for calculation and accumulation of thermogasodynamic and geometric parameters of an impeller and geometric parameters of centrifugal compressor preservation of gas dynamics and thermodynamics and the software unit of parametric optimization of search of optimum sizes of geometrical parameters of an impeller and a vane diffuser of a degree of the centrifugal compressor. All software units are sequentially interconnected and performed in one high-level programming language with support for vector and matrix operations, while the software unit for calculating and accumulating data has additional calculation units and a structure of parallel calculations of geometric and thermogasodynamic parameters of individual compressor stages. Apart from this, the parametric optimization software unit is based on the gradient descent method to find the optimized geometric parameters of the cross-sectional planes of the inlet and outlet channels of the impeller blades and the diffuser of each stage of the centrifugal compressor. Інформаційно-розрахунковий комплекс проєктування відцентрового компресора, що містить програмний блок вводу даних проєктних величин параметрів газу на вході і виході з компресора при нормальних умовах, програмний блок розрахунку і накопичення даних термогазодинамічних і геометричних параметрів робочого колеса і дифузора ступеня відцентрового компресора з урахуванням виконання основних законів збереження газової динаміки і термодинаміки та програмний блок параметричної оптимізації пошуку оптимальних величин геометричних параметрів робочого колеса і лопатевого дифузора ступеня відцентрового компресора. Всі програмні блоки послідовно зв'язані між собою і виконані на одній мові програмування високого рівня з підтримкою векторних і матричних операцій, причому програмний блок розрахунку і накопичення даних має додаткові блоки обчислення та структуру розпаралелення одночасних розрахунків геометричних та термогазодинамічних параметрів окремих ступенів компресора, крім того програмний блок параметричної оптимізації побудований на основі методу градієнтного спуску для знаходження оптимізованих геометричних параметрів площин поперечних перерізів вхідного і вихідного каналів лопатей робочого колеса та дифузора кожного ступеня
