SCREW SEEDING UNIT OF PRECISION SEED SOWING

A screw seeding unit of precision seed sowing is made as a body, a seed bunker as a cone with an opening in the lesser lower base, under which an unloading neck of a bunker, which is closed by a disk, which is in interaction with a grain catcher, rigidly mounted on the vertical rotational axle, is made and opposite, under the unloading neck, a grain tube with a shovel, coverers and a supporting-feeler wheel are arranged. The disk is made with an open sector angle ?=40-50 DEGREE , and in the grain catcher several reach-through openings are placed evenly along the radius. The grain catcher, by lower end thereof, is in interaction with a supporting disk, which is rigidly installed in the opening of the neck and in which under each opening of the grain catcher one by one single longitudinal openings, of the width, which is equal to the diameter of openings of the grain catcher, and of a length, more than 1.5 of width thereof, are made evenly along the corresponding radii. The sizes of the openings and thickness of the grain catcher exceeds the external parameters of the grains. From below under the supporting disk, on the same rotational axis therewith, a multiple-thread screw is rigidly mounted with the amount of threads equal to the amount of openings in the grain catcher. Channels of the screw exceed the grains in sizes thereof, and the magnitude of angle of ascent of the screw line is directed in the direction of pushing out agrain from the neck into the grain tube.
