Zusammenfassung:	The proposed micrometric level meter for a hydrostatic level contains a level sensor, a needle-shaped electrode, a coding disk, an optical radiation source, a photodetector, a reversible motor with a driving gear, and a guide sleeve. For the purpose to extend the measurement range, accuracy, and reliability, the level sensor contains a precision screw pair, which contains a screw with the needle-shaped electrode and a nut with a driven gear, which is engaged with the driving gear of the motor, and the coding disk. The cylindrical part of the nut fits the guide sleeve. To the screw, a washer is fixed that contains projections that fit the corresponding slots of the guide sleeve.
