The drying section is formed by split cylindrical frame with movable and immovable parts with elastic material attached to them and spring-loaded pressure plates located along the diameter of drying section on the internal surface of the split cylindrical frame with ability to provide tight fit of elastic material to the roll while closing the movable part of the split cylindrical frame.
