Zusammenfassung: | The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a charge amplifier, which is based on an operational amplifier with a capacitor inserted in the feedback circuit of the amplifier, and a piezoelectric element shaped as a parallelepiped with two basic electrodes and two additional electrodes. The basic electrodes are arranged at theopposite sides of the piezoelectric element. All the electrodes are arranged by pairs at the sides of the piezoelectric element that are perpendicular to the polarization vector. One of the basic electrodes is connected to the input of the amplifier, and the second basic electrode is connected to the common point of the circuit of the transducer. One of the additional electrodes that is arranged at the side with the electrode connected to the input of the amplifier is connected to the common point of the circuit of the transducer. The second additional electrode that is arranged at the opposite side is connected to the output of the amplifier. The force applied to the piezoelectric element is parallel to the polarization vector. |
