Zusammenfassung:Shears for cutting a mobile billet contain a housing mounted at an angle to the vertical line with a cutting unit located in its upper part, a guide located in the supports fastened to the bed frame, and a hydraulic cylinder of the displacement of shears. The guide is fastened to the housing of shears and is located coaxially with the hydraulic cylinder of the displacement of shears. The rod of said hydraulic cylinder is articulated with one of the ends of the guide located with possibility of displacement relative to said supports.
