Zusammenfassung: | A method for utilization of nitric acid oxidizers of liquid rocket fuel with obtaining some aromatic polynitro derivatives and salts based on nitrated hydrocarbon materials involves rectification of oxidizers with obtaining aqueous solution of nitric acid with admixtures of orthophosphoric acid and distillate - nitro-oleum or 90-95 % of HNO3. Iodine-containing melanges are also subjected to reprocessing. The obtained nitro-oleum is divided by repeated rectification into liquefied nitrogen oxides (IV) and 95-99.5 % of HNO3, being used for the nitration of some aromatic compounds with obtaining polynitro derivatives and nitration of hydrocarbon oils and lubricants with subsequent obtaining on their basis of polyfunctional additive materials to lubricants and oil. The polynitro derivatives of aromatic compounds are obtained at one or some stages in nitration, or with action of nitrating mixture. The nitration of hydrocarbon lubricants and/or oils is performed at one or some stages or with action of HC, or with action of a mixture of H2SO4 and MNO3 at the same conditions, or with the action of HNO3 mixture with acetic anhydride or with acetic acid. Nitration products after washing with water are neutralized with amines of aromatic structure. The waste acid after every nitration stage is used at subsequent stages of nitration, and also neutralized with some amines of aromatic structure. |
