The pleural flap with the feeding peduncle is tailored and sewed on the side of pleura with the untied synthetic threads applied to the stump of the bronchus. Then the synthetic threads are tied up. The sites of entry and exit of the threads as well as the line of the tantalum suture and the edge of the dissected bronchus are wrapped tightly by the pleural flap.
