Zusammenfassung:	Rotary-pulse apparatus contains housing with airtight cover, inlet and outlet branch pipes of liquid, coaxially located rotor, stator and drive. Rotor is reel-shaped, on butt ends of parallel-located rotor disks, at identical distance from each other rectangular cuts are executed, into which metallic inserts are inserted, having the form of parallelepiped. Rectangular windows are executed on the disk surface of stator and on the surface of rotor disk adjacent to it, which are located at an angle of 45 DEGREE to each other and are mutually perpendicular.
