Zusammenfassung:The helical conveyer of rectilinear displacement of billets contains frame, jacket, screw operating unit with central shaft, drive, mechanisms of support, loading, unloading. Screw operating unit is executed in the form of two or more screw wire elements with minimum and maximum radius, which are even along the length and rigidly connected with the radial cross connections with different cross section, which form the screw body of operating unit. Elastic thin-walled tube is mounted on the body. Screw operating unit is mounted into the jacket of open shape. In upper open part of the conveyor above the screw operating unit in parallel with the centerline of conveyor U-shaped guide is mounted which is rigidly fixed to the jacket from two ends.
