Zusammenfassung:The technique for the double iliac-femoral allogenic by-passing comprises the sequential stages of endartectomy and anostomosing. The anastomose is applied between the abdominal aorta and allograft. The abdominal aorta is dissected along the median line of the inferior bifurcation surface. The incision continues along the internal surfaces of both common ileac arteries up to the ostii of the internal ileac arteries.
