Zusammenfassung:	The method for maintaining the professional rehabilitation in the setting of the centers for the professional rehabilitation of the disabled persons comprises taking into account the conclusions of the medico-social expert commissions concerning the suggested occupations and the conditions of the work, and the courses of the professional rehabilitation in the setting of the centers for the professional rehabilitation of the disabled persons. In addition, based on the automated accounting system "1C: Enterprise 7.7 Records management", the history of the disabled person is assessed according to the following status of the disabled person: the candidate for the vocational training, the disabled person waiting for the interview, the disabled person in the process of the interview for the vocational selection, the student of vocational training courses, the disabled person graduated from vocational training courses. Considering the conclusions of the medico-social expert commission concerning the suggested occupations and the conditions of the work, based on the automated accounting system "1C: Enterprise 7.7 Records management" with the history of the disabled person assessed according to the status stated above, the process for maintaining the professional rehabilitation in the setting of the centers for the professional rehabilitation of the disabled persons is accounted.
