Zusammenfassung:	Handrail consists of C-shaped element manufactured of elastic material, for example, rubber, reinforced in longitudinal direction by steel cables and connected into infinite closed annular contour by method of vulcanization. To the cables throughout entire length with a certain step the inserts with teeth and inserts, on which is fixed with tension C-shaped element, are stringed and plates of rubber or another synthetic material with similar physical properties are located between the inserts on the cables. In this case, the plates on the cables are fastened by glue or with cables by vulcanization.
