Zusammenfassung: | This invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used for deseeding of oil flax stand and fiber flax as well as for flax harvesting subassembly. A device for flax stand deseeding is equipped with traps for flax seeded heap made suitable for oscillating motions. The traps shall be mounted in horizontal and parallel position. Each trap is made in the form of gutter with a tilted bottom which is tilt directed to a screw of the seeded heap as well as enlarging in the same direction. Two pairs of vertical rollers with a rubber surface are mounted between adjoining traps. The rollers of each pair are made adopted to rotation towards one to one for pulling the stems of flax density into a clearance between them. A gap width between the rollers in roller pairs which are amounted from a side of a seeded head screw. A screw of a seeded heap is amounted in such a way that it enables flax seeded heap feeding from traps into it. Mounting of flexible joints is provided in potions of traps with a gutter screw of seeded heap. The construction shall provide a shaking unit with bladed made adopted to oscillating motion and place over a gaps between traps in front of a seeded heap screw. The construction also includes an elevator at the outlet of a seeded heap screw providing feeding of flax seeded heap into a hopper. The present invention involves creation of devices for flax stand deseeding that provides reduction in consumption of flax harvest seeded part by means of its deseeding on a base including peculiar property of oil flax particularly of great branching of seedballs leading to their coupling and derangement in a stand.
Данное изобретение относится к области сельскохозяйственного машиностроения и может быть применено для обмолота стеблестоя масличного льна, а также льна-долгунца как узел льноуборочного агрегата. Устройство для обмолота стеблестоя льна оборудовано ловушками для семенного вороха льна, которые выполнены с возможностью колебательного движения. Ловушки устанавливаются горизонтально и параллельно.
