Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to civil engineering, namely, to the installations for testing concrete plates punching bursting at heating. Installation for testing concrete slabs on punching at heating contains a sample formed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab fragment with associated top and bottom columns, upper power metal spatial frame in the form of a truncated pyramid, adapted to be fitted on the plate of the sample, the lower base of which is a closed ledge made of I-beam, square in plan over the sample plate size, the upper base is the ribbed metal plate, on which jack is installed and reverse construction, made with possibility of transformation of the compressive force to the tensile force of thrust, the upper and lower bases are connected by welding with four inclined braces with box sections, the lower power frame is made of metal and claudite concrete, and electric oven. The sample has at center of columns a longitudinal hole through which a metal rod goes, fixed to the bottom end of the bottom column and at top with reverse. The reverse design consists of top and bottom plates, linked to each other by four rods on the threaded joint. Tie rods go through holes in the upper base of the power frame. The reverse top plate is mounted on the jack, to reverse bottom plate through a hole in its center a rod is fixed with a nut, it goes through the hole in the sample column and is fixed to the lower end with a nut. Between the concrete end of the column and the nut a steel distribution plate is mounted. The unit for connection of the bottom of the rod with the column is provided with condenser with water cooling and heat insulation box from radiant heat. Simulation of the real picture of the plate punching from bottom to top when it is heated from the bottom is provided, and the four-sided heating of the bottom column, increase of accuracy of determining the cutoff parameters when punching, holding tests at one-side heating that is most common when exposed to fire, the maximum separation of the heating device from the power unit, visual and instrumental monitoring of the process of stress-strain state of the plate and column, including the stage of destruction.
