A method of treatment for hemorrhagic complications in the intra- and postoperative periods during operative interventions of surgical dental patients with coagulopathies consists of normalization of local hemostasis/fibrinolysis inhibition by means of handling of the surgical intervention site with a solution of Acidum tranexamicum.
