Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of communications, in particular to methods for planning and use of specialized wireless networks, with self-organization, dynamic allocation of resources among the subscribers, namely to methods for provision of high throughput in an ad hoc radio network in special conditions. A method of providing high bandwidth of ad hoc radio network, in which to air is raised one unmanned aerial vehicle, on the earth's surface area of radio-coverage of fixed radius is formed, with signal relay, provision of episodic communication between the mobile subscribers of radio network, collection of data on the current placement of mobile subscribers in the control center, with plotting the minimal skeleton tree of network graph and determination of the extent of the structural connectivity of ad hoc radio network, determination of the coordinates of the initial placement of a drone aircraft, one drone is placed in one of the randomly generated points in space, or in the center of mass of ground nodes of the network, with definition of the coordinates of the final placement of an unmanned aerial vehicle by gradient descent method. In the control center information is collected on the type, intensity and distribution of traffic of mobile subscribers, with simulation of the movement of rescue workers at performing search and rescue operations, and on the basis of that the forecast is made for duration of the structural connectivity of mobile subscribers, with consideration of the protocols of multiple access, flow routing and servicing messages in the network nodes , with assessment of network performance indicators, selection of options of network connectivity and quick determination the optimal placement of the plurality of unmanned aerial vehicles, depending on the information received to air more drones is raised and placed in the areas of signal relaying, with distribution of traffic between subscribers of the wireless ad hoc network with high throughput capacity. The method provides high bandwidth of an ad hoc radio network in the context of quick and unpredictable movement of mobile subscribers and provides operational communication between mobile subscribers of search and rescue teams in the disaster area.
