ROLLER FLAX-PULLING UNIT

A roller flax-pulling unit comprises pulling sections, arranged on a frame of a flax-harvesting unit. Each of the pulling sections comprises a pair of rollers with the rubber-coated surface, one of which is made with a a screw groove, and the second - a smooth one. The rollers of a separate pulling section are arranged on driving shafts and made in such a manner as to allow rotating meeting each other. One of the driving shafts of the pulling section is arranged in movable supports that allow regulating the width of a gap between the rollers. The rollers of neighboring pulling sections are arranged between stem stand dividers. Behind of the pulling sections on the frame of the pulling unit a transversal conveyer is arranged. Between the working branches of the transversal conveyer vertical guiding plates are mounted. Under the transversal conveyer a guiding path for stem bases is set. From the stem stand dividers of to the transversal conveyer above rollers, and also along the transversal conveyer guiding rods at two levels in the vertical plane are provided. Said rollers, by arrangement thereof, form a channel for moving the stems by the roller flax-pulling unit. The availability of a smooth roller and the roller with the screw groove in the pulling section, and also the possibility of regulating the width of the gap therebetween, creates favourable conditions for pulling stems out of the soil and shifting thereof to the transversal conveyer taking into account the thickness of a stem stand. Вальцьовий льонобральний апарат містить бральні секції, розміщені на рамі льонозбирального агрегату. Кожна бральна секція містить пару вальців з прогумованою поверхнею, один з яких виконано з гвинтовим пазом, а другий - гладким. Вальці бральної секції розміщені на привідних валах та виконані з можливістю обертання назустріч один одному. Один з привідних валів бральної секції розміщено в рухомих опорах, що забезпечує можливість регулювання величини зазору між вальцями. Вальці сусідніх бральних секцій розміщені між подільниками стеблостою. За бральними секціями на рамі льонозбирального агрегату розміщується поперечний транспортер. Між робочими гілками поперечного транспортера встановлені вертикальні спрямовуючі пластини. Під поперечним транспортером розміщено напрямну доріжку для гузирів стебел. Від подільників стеблостою до поперечного транспортера над вальцями, а також вздовж поперечного транспортера передбачені спрямовуючі прутки на двох рівнях у вертикальній площині
