Zusammenfassung:	The device for the treatment of exudative pleuritis contains the metal needle, the syringe and the clamp. The needle is equipped with the plastic catheter 14G connected with infusion three-way tap. The syringe of the volume not less than 50 mL is connected to the opposite opening of the tap. To the third opening, the plastic tube equipped with the receptacle is inserted. The device contains the apparatus for sonography. Устройство для лечения экссудативных плевритов состоит из металлической иглы, шприца и зажима. Игла имеет пластиковый катетер диаметром 14G, к которому подключен инфузионный трехходовой кран. К противоположному отверстию крана подключен шприц объемом не менее 50 мл. В третье отверстие вставлена пластиковая трубка с накопителем для слива патологической жидкости. Устройство содержит аппарат для ультразвукового исследования. Пристрій для лікування ексудативних плевритів складається із металевої голки, шприца і затискача. Голка має пластиковий катетер діаметром 14G, до якої під'єднано інфузійний триходовий кран. До протилежного отвору крана під'єднано шприц об'ємом не менше 50 мл. В третій отвір вставлено пластикову трубку з накопичувачем для зливу патологічної рідини. Пристрій містить апарат для ультразвукового дослідження.
