Zusammenfassung:The technique for mini-invasive lumbar sympathectomy comprises the removal of the third and the fourth lumbar sympathetic nodes. The mini-invasive lumbar retroperitoneal access is employed up to 3 cm in length. The operation is performed with the aid of endoscopic dissector and diathermic hook in the presence of the optical system of local illumination without resorting to Mini-Assistant set of the instrument. The control of the video image is not required.
