Zusammenfassung:	An anti-glare display device including a display panel, a front-light module and a cover layer, which are sequentially stacked, is provided. The front-light module includes a light source and a light guide plate. The light guide plate is disposed on the path of illumination light. The cover layer includes a first upper surface and a first lower surface in the display region, wherein the first upper surface and the first lower surface are both rough. The first lower surface of the cover layer directly contacts the light guide plate.
