This application relates to an electric motor, aiming to solve the problem of complex motor structures caused by the need for separate motor cooling systems and gear lubrication systems for motors, and to provide a motor and an electric vehicle. The electric motor comprises a case, a stator component, a rotor shaft component, and a gear component. The case has an accommodating space and a gearbox space spaced apart from each other. The accommodating space is used to accommodate the stator component and the rotor shaft component, and the gearbox space is used to accommodate the gear component. The electric motor defines a circulation channel, which has a cooling port and a lubrication channel. The cooling port is located in the accommodation space and opposite to the stator component and/or rotor shaft component.
