Zusammenfassung:	An intelligent customer service system is configured to guide a user device to execute a corresponding program. The intelligent customer service system comprises a server connected to the user terminal. The server comprises a cloud platform and a control module. The cloud platform is configured to provide a customer service interface for the user terminal to log in and input a consultation content. The control module is connected to the cloud platform to generate a reply information including a corresponding program guide on the customer service interface according to the consultation content. Wherein, the user terminal switches and executes the corresponding program according to the the corresponding program guide of the reply information.
