Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle autonomous operation system, comprising: an operation cabinet; an unmanned aerial vehicle transportation module configured inside the operation cabinet and comprising a mobile parking platform for parking an unmanned aerial vehicle, a conveyance module and an autonomous guided terrain vehicle; and a master computer configured inside the operation cabinet to determine whether the unmanned aerial vehicle is permitted to perform a flight mission according to a flight operation rule based on a meteorological condition, and command the conveyance module to transfer the unmanned aerial vehicle from the mobile parking platform to the autonomous guided terrain vehicle for the autonomous guided terrain vehicle to carry the unmanned aerial vehicle to a landing site.
