The construction of information system server is connected to the information server, comprises a cloud platform, an application receiving device and a construction of information system device. The cloud platform is configured for a user to log in and input an application of information system. The application receiving device is connected to the cloud platform, configured to receive the application of information system from the cloud platform. The construction of information system device is connected to the application receiving device and the information server, and built a first information system according to the content of the application of information system.
