Winding bobbin and magnetic element

A winding bobbin includes a cylindrical main body, two flanges, a plurality of bobbin blades, a plurality of slots, and a plurality of first winding-fixing mechanisms. The cylindrical main body includes a first end, a second end, and a central axis. The central axis is along a first direction, and the second end is located opposite to the first end in the first direction. The flanges are disposed at the first end and the second end. The bobbin blades are arranged between the flanges in the first direction. The slots are defined by adjacent flanges, bobbin blades and the outer surface of the cylindrical main body. The first winding-fixing mechanism extends out from the bobbin blade in a second direction. The second direction and the first direction are perpendicular.
