Zusammenfassung:	A magnetic component configured to be disposed on a circuit board is disclosed. The magnetic component includes a base, a magnetic element and a conductive element. The base includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The second surface is opposite to a third surface of the circuit board. The magnetic element is disposed on the base and includes a winding. The conductive element is embedded in the base and electrically connected to the winding. The conductive element includes an attachment portion located between the second surface of the base and the third surface of the circuit board. An insertion portion of the conductive element or a lead-out end of the winding penetrates the third surface of the circuit board.
