Zusammenfassung:	An intelligent trade finance auditing and appropriating system includes a terminal device configured to input a trade document image of a client, an image recognizing unit configured to analyze the trade document image to recognize the document data, and a server configured to receive the document data. The server includes a data comparing unit, a financial crime auditing unit, and an appropriating unit. The data comparing unit compares the document data according to the judgment rules to generate a comparison result. The judgment rules are corresponding to the transaction items of the documentation data. The financial crime auditing unit compares the trader information of the document data according to a traders blacklist to generate an audit result, and generate an audit report according to comparison result and the audit result. The appropriating unit appropriates the finance amount of the document data to the client according to the audit report.
