Zusammenfassung:	An intelligent financial management cloud system includes an information receiving module, a storage module, a machine learning module, a payment notification processing module, and a payment notification output module. The information receiving module is configured to communicate with a mobile device of a user to capture mobile device usage mode information and payment information of the user. The storage module is configured to store the mobile device usage mode information and the payment information. The machine learning module is configured to use a machine learning algorithm to construct the user's mobile device usage model from the mobile device usage model information. The payment processing module is configured to set a payment notice and the transmission time of the payment notice. The payment notification output module is configured to send the payment notification to the mobile device. The disclosure also provides a mobile device corresponding to the intelligent financial management cloud system.
