Zusammenfassung:A diffusing plate has a light incident surface, a light exit surface and a plurality of dots. The light exit surface faces back to the light incident surface. The plurality of dots is disposed on the light incident surface or the light exit surface to form a plurality of patterns. The plurality of patterns is disposed in a matrix along a row direction and a column direction. Each of the plurality of patterns includes a first pattern, a second pattern, and an undotted area. The second pattern surrounds the first pattern. The undotted area is disposed from the first pattern toward a direction with an angle of 45DEG to the row direction or the column direction, and is located between the second pattern and the first pattern. A light source module of the invention using the above-mentioned diffusing plate is further provided. The diffusing plate and light source module provided by the invention may increase the brightness uniformity.
